At BUSA, every garment is crafted with precision and exclusivity. To ensure fairness and client satisfaction, we maintain the following policy:

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery. Items must be seal, unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact & can be better if you take a video while opening the parcel.

• Non-Returnable: Customized pieces, promotional sale items, and garments damaged through negligence or improper wash care.

• Resolution Options:

  • Exchange with the same or another product (subject to availability).

  • Credit note valid for 6 months.

  • Refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping).

• Timeline: Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• International Returns: Shipping, duties, and taxes borne by the client unless product is faulty or incorrect.
