Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. BUSA reserves the right to update or revise pricing at any time without prior notice. Taxes and duties, where applicable, will be borne by the customer.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and trusted digital wallets. Payments must be completed in full before dispatch. For wholesale partners, special terms may be extended through prior written agreements.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India and 10–14 business days internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on region and customs clearance. BUSA partners with reputed logistics providers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is unused, with original tags intact, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or custom alterations will not be eligible. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our garments are crafted with natural yarns. Customers are expected to follow wash-care instructions provided with each piece. BUSA will not be liable for damage resulting from misuse, harsh washing, or disregard of recommended care practices.
